Please read the Messy Play Terms and Conditions
The safety of all SafeCircle Messy Play attendees is paramount. Your child(ren) remain your responsibility while at SafeCircle Messy Play sessions and must be supervised throughout. Should you leave the room for any reason please take your child with you.
We politely ask that members do not attend if their child is experiencing any contagious illness.
Whilst we endeavour to clear all spillages as soon as they have occurred, some of the materials can cause the play area to become slippy so please, ensure you and your child(ren) do not run. All materials are made in the knowledge that they are to be played with under a parent / carer's supervision. We appreciate your help in trying to avoid unnecessary / intentional pouring of materials outside of the specified tray or play area so that everyone enjoys the experience.
Due to the nature of the sessions SafeCircle cannot accept any liability or responsibility for any belongings including clothes that become stained, marked or damaged. Please note that the paint may stain so we recommend that you dress your child(ren) in suitable clothing.
The materials used in SafeCircle Messy Play Sessions are all sourced from trusted suppliers / high street retailers / well known supermarkets. These are provided in the knowledge that parents and carers supervise the children while they play with them. Whilst all the materials we use are non-toxic, we’d rather the children refrained from eating them and SafeCircle can take no responsibility for any adverse reactions to the materials provided during the session. SafeCircle will ensure the materials provided during the sessions are clearly available to view at sign in for each session.
Due to hire charges, preparation and material costs, payment is non-refundable.
Please sign in to the event upon arrival. Please notify your session leader as soon as possible if you aren’t able to attend a session that you have booked on to.
SafeCircle reserves the right to cancel sessions without refund in circumstances beyond our control (i.e. adverse weather conditions, closure of venue, staff illness) although we will endeavour to run catch up sessions. If SafeCircle are unable to offer a catch up session then refunds will be given. If you have any further queries, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 0203 811 0445.
SafeCircle may take photographs or video clips at sessions. This footage may be used on the website, facebook pages and marketing materials. If you do not wish to have your childs photograph taken, please state this on arrival.
